Issue Connecting POS Printer to Retail Navision (LSRetail)

Dear all,

Kindly assist me with the issue. I get the error message below in process of setting up HP POS Printer. I have downloaded printer driver and the issue still persist. any one with suggestions please?

error message "This message is for C/AL programmers:

The call member AnsoToOEM failed. OposMap returned the following message:

Internal application error."

    I have a same issue regarding POS Printer;

    Version: LS Retail NAV 5.1

    OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit

    Printer:  EPSON - TMU 220D (USB)

    OPOS Driver: ADK2.67E

    Can you give the printing command to the printer and did the printer respond? (Test Print)
