We have an in-house solution on CRM2016, that we are planning to host on AppSource.
Also is there any fee or payment needed for hosting on Appsource?
Can someone from AppSource spare 10-15 mins and talk me.

There is a $99 fee for registering as a Publisher in the Cloud Partner Portal, however the Microsoft AppSource team may give you a discount code to waive this.
Apart from that, there are no fees to list on AppSource. Your solution will just need to be certified by the Dynamics CRM team (including code review, functionality user-cases etc).
Also don't underestimate the amount of work involved in listing, as you will need to spend a bit of time defining your offer, marketing materials (screenshots, videos, PDF instructions) etc.
I listed two add-ons at once (and it nearly killed me!!) :)
