Accept Account Customer Payments in MPOS

In our Retail Store with MPOS installed and a customer enters to only pay money onto their account, can MPOS be configured to accept the money onto the customers account without a product been sold?

If you want to just collect a deposit, you can use the "Customer Account Deposit (1100)" operation.

1. Add a button with this operation on any button grid.

2. Sync 1090 to the store.

3. Open POS. Add a customer to transaction.

4. Click Customer Account Deposit. Enter the deposit amount.

5. Close the transaction by tendering with a payment.

Yes. There's an operation called customer account deposit.

One thing to note on this is that you can't specifically have them pay for individual invoices this way. It becomes an AR function to apply the payments to specific invoices and settle them appropriately.
