powerobjects POWERSMS problem

Im using the POWERSMS integrated with Twilio.

I get an error message saying "A validation error occurred. The length of the 'description' attribute of the 'posms_smsmessage' entity exceeded the maximum allowed length of '2000'."

I have no text in the description field.

Iv'e sent a question to powerobjects and got no response.

Any ideas what is the problem and how i can solve it?

Hi,

only power object can answer you, we do not have any ideas on how they implement their extension.

The thing is they dont answer. tried few times already.

Can you recommend on any alternatives to migrate twilio and dynamics?

i see there are only limited triggers like new contact creation etc. I need the trigger to be flexible like send sms on specific business process flow stage. Is it possible?

Hi,

when business process flow stage change, there are some fields will be updated too such as stepname and etc but you also can be specific as write your own logic to a custom field, and trigger on that custom field changed.
