In POS 2.0 (not RMS) Item Sales Not Appearing on My Store View

We have added a new item to our inventory as of March 1 and displaying the Detailed Sales default report we can see a number of these new items have sold (14) since April 1.

However, the item is not listed in the My Store view Top Performer By Item window.

When we attempt to create a custom report of Product Movement to monitor shrinkage, we search for the Item to add to the query and it is not listed. We have sorted the Item List by Item Number, Description, Department, and Category, and have yet to find the Item.

Any guidance?
