Hi all,
I am trying to edit the Payment advice and, to do so, I have to create a draft version and then proceed with the changes.
However, I am currently not able to create the draft version.
Can anyone help me with this situation?

Hi Mafalda,
Looking at the screenshot, I think you are referring to a configuration in Electronic Reporting. To be able to create drafts, you first have to create an own provider. You can't change it on the Microsoft provider reference.

Can you please list out the steps you have done and what kind of challenges you are facing in modifying it ? usually when you change status of one version another draft version is automatically crated for you taking your previous version as a base.

That is exactly what I am trying to do but the system does not allow me to change status of the existing version.
Do you know why this is happening?

If you are looking for the draft line in the version box, please make sure you mark as Active the configuration provider mentioned in the header:
If "Set active" is not enabling the draft version for your configuration, please try to toggle on or off the Feature "New grid control" and try to "Set active" the configuration provider again.
Your user role should be one of the following:
• Electronic reporting developer• Electronic reporting functional consultant• System administrator
And make sure you enable design mode:
