Let's see if someone can help me with sending emails notifications in Expense report workflow. I am struggling and getting very frustrated...
Enviornment :AX2012 R3 CU9
I have done all steps in :

Also, followed AX Workflow approval via email.pdf WhitePaper from Microsoft.
Also, reviewed other post from the community and other forums.
I believe all the settings are okay.
Result: I am only getting email notification once ER is approved. I would like that Approver will get email with the Instructions message from Approve expense report element in Workflow...According to the docs. I should receive both...for simplicity I have assigned all steps to the same email (user), so if email settings not properly configured, I shouldn't have received any of the email notifications. Instead, only once the ER is approved or Rejected....
Another side concern: I have also tried to configure sending Expense Report in email Attachment, but E-Mail attachment batch job terminates with Error: Unabel to save data to File : \XXXXX.pdf which seems to be the tmp file stored in %AXDYNSERVER\Users\AXAOS\AppData\Local
Anyone that can help or give me any tip, would be very much appreciated.
