Hi there,

I'm testing the subscribe/unsubscribe option in the footer of my test email.

The regular behaviour shall be:

Click on Subscribe/Unsubscribe
Fill in the form
Opt in or Opt out for the newsletter
Push submit

However, when I push the submit button the following error message appears "Unable to save the form due to some technical problems. Please try again later."

Any help? Has this something to do with setting the SubscriptionCenter?

Hi Francesco,

Is your marketing form type subscription center?(not landing page)

If so, to manage subscriptions of contact,

you should build a simple customer journey to send test marketing email,

then open the link to SC in the email.

You will see every form fields are prefilled when open the page.

In other word, we can only submit subscription center form successfully when we open it via link in a delivered marketing email.

In addition, cookie is required to support prefilling feature, please open form in browser general mode.(not privacy/incognito)
