Hello,

Recently tried to convert our RMS 2.0 Headquarters Server from VMWare to Hyper-V and came across the following error message:

Headquarters Server:

Failed to load control 'SuperGrid' from QSControls2.ocx.  Your version of QSControls may be outdated.  Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

    I would run a repair in Add/Remove Programs to try to fix.

    If that doesn't work, a complete remaoval and new install.  It will not delete any data, but backup just in case
