In case we have account information and in that PPOC is the field which is not updating

For account Nav is the master page and we take all the data from NAv and update in crm ,we have an SSIS package integration to get the details from Nav and update in CRM

In NAV PPOC is called as inside sales person . SSIS package we have update statement . all the code is working correctly but still the PPoc field is not updating in crm instead it is updating different user name

Hi sandeepc,

Check that the mapping on your SSIS Package updates the PPoc field in CRM, as you may have accidentally mapped a different field.

We need to know the field length else on what basis you can set the field length

It is not owner field as owner name is different.

ppoc is an text field and it is updatting some other name

Could you please elaborate,

Is PPOC a custom user type of field or text field?

When you say it is updating different user Name, is it updating Owner field or what?

Please created the field length and data type are same in NAV and CRM.
