Hello,
How do I get the dynamic values to populate in the tasks description? I have been able to get some of the values to populate during one of many test runs. The screen shots below show how the task was created via BPF.
TIA,
Wendy
Task Created via a Business Process Flow: After I removed rich text format and then typed values populated, but not the dynamic values
Action Step: Create Task
On demand process:
Dynamic Fields from BPF: I have tried adding them all at one time and one by one
Execute create task: Within service request business process flow
Question regarding BPF functionality:
Why does the Next Stage button not appear? During the Regarding stage, the use must click save to generate the next stage button, but it does not generate for any sequential stage. Our opportunity BPF does not require to save. Once all required fields are entered, the next stage button is made available.
Hi,
I used Opportunity Entity to test but the issue cannot be reproduced.
What I set here is to create a Task when the Status Reason is In Process.
Add dynamics values.
Here I clicked the Execute button of Create a Task in Opportunity BPF and finish.
You can check whether the value you need to get is filled in the Service Request field.
For A Business Process Flow to proceed to next stage, the current stage has to be completed.
