User in our payroll department is getting the following message and she cannot move forward in GP
GP 2013
"Building of checks is in progress. Please wait until it is finished"

Canadian or US Payroll?
I would look at the following tables in the DYNAMICS database:
UPR10300 and UPR10304. You might have something 'stuck' in there. Also, you'll need to look any marked batches because you may need to change their status.

US payroll
Leslie, in Canadian Payroll we can go to the Batch window and select the stuck batch and click on a Batch Reset - is there such an option on the US side of Payroll?
Just wondering for my own education.
Jason, I think Leslie has better advice for you, as my primary focus is Canadian Payroll and I am not as clear on the details of the US payroll.
