Adding Address Book, Name on Receipt, POS permission on post worker creation is not updating on POS

Hi,

 

I am having this problem where when I am creating Worker and assigning Address Book, Name on Receipt, POS permission to the worker at the time of worker creation than my store accordingly gets updated and the worker is able to login, but if I create Worker now and after sometimes update Address Book, Name on Receipt, POS permission then the stores are not getting the update and throwing error of Invalid operator id. Not sure if it’s a problem in system because my table distribution setup is standard.

 

Please suggest, any pointer is appreciated.

    Whenever you update anything that is related to worker master, you need to run the N job that is related to Staff. Then the POS DB will get update about the newly created worker and hence give permit to login.

    Make sure you have the following setup done -

    Position for the worker.

    You have run the scheduler job for Staff

    Check the RetailStaffTable in the POS database if you have the record for the new worker.

    Also make sure you have given proper POS permission to the worker.
