I tried hard to search functionality of closing shift automatically at day end but got nothing regarding this feature. Anyone have idea about this. Thank you

Hi Sridharan,
My client has requirement to Schedule time to close shift automatically when time reach to defined shift end time on retail POS e.g retail Cashier (worker) shift time is 10 am to 10 pm shift should automatically close at 10 pm without using close shift operation.
Note: there is form in AX with name of workershiftlist (Retail store>Store action pane click Setup button and select WORK SHIFT LIST where we can define the shift start and end time but its not working as per requirement

There is no out of box functionality to close shift automatically. You will have to check for possible customization.
