Is Cash Receipt Journal able to be posted automatically by some backend standard function of NAV?

In theory yes. But what source do you have for your payment information. Is it coming from your bank?
they are manual receipt journals, where can i setup this automatic posting?

Hi, I think you can use Job Queue to have it post automatically.You can recreate a Codeunit if the standard code doesn't support it.

If you are looking to post the actual Cash Receipts Journal, you can setup a Job Queue like YUN mentioned. If you are trying to auto-post a cash receipts entry you can setup a Payment Method that balances to a Bank Account and when you post the Sales Invoice it will auto-create the Cash Receipts entry and transactions.
