Getting error

An error occurred when communicating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Detailed description: Field Service database version is out of Sync. Am not seeing error going through Field service. How can I correct these version in Field service?

Hi Adetola,

What products are you using? Are you using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financials and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service?

We haven't developed an integration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financials to Dynamics 365 for Field Service, so I am wondering what product you are using.

Am using Dynamics 365 Business Ed, including Financials, CRM and Field Service but the connection am setting up is from Financials to CRM.

Am also using a Zift123 and connect to Dynamics CRM. If you not familiar with Zift, it's a marketing platform used by Vendors for Partners.

Can you send me your tenant URL for Financials in private message so we can check the logs to see what happend?
