How to add filter the subgrid of the record associated with the current user in Profile page - Dynamics Portal

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I have tried adding a subgrid in the Form of the Profile Web Form, then configuring the subgrid as Only Related Records and selecting the specified view to display. It works in Crm, but only the specified view field can be displayed on the portal, but the related records of my current login user cannot be filtered out, but all records are displayed.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

    Hi, Mahen

What do you mean by setting up Entity Permissions and then binding the corresponding web role? I have added Scop as the Permissions for Contact for the related entities of my subgrid, and only checked Read, but the subgrid on Profeld still shows all the data, not the one I want to display the current User association.

Is my operation incorrect? Can you give some examples?

    Very grateful

    Hi,

You should be able implement this by configuring web roles for the related entity that you are using for sub grid. You need to use scope in your web roles to expose only related data.
