May be a stupid question but I was wondering if there was a way or a tool to merge several post upgrade Dynamics 365 forms into one sole form.

There is an option in form editor to merge form. You can try that however I think this is only applicable in merging old forms to new and cannot/maynot be used to merge updated forms.
