Subgrid display of calls in an account - add new record from subgrid

Hi dynamics experts,

I'm having trouble getting a new call record to popup when clicking the plus sign from a phone calls subgrid display from within an account record. I read before that if I use an account lookup field on the phone call, and display the relation in a subgrid, then the plus sign behavior should change to a popup with the account filled in. This worked for some other custom entities, but not with the phone call entity. I just simply want the plus sign to record a phone call related to the account that I'm viewing, and display these records with the phone call subgrid of an account. Seems like it should be easier, any thoughts? Thanks!

Nevermind, I solved it. Thank you. It was the same, I just forgot to set the business required for the field.
