Hi ,
I am setting up budget planning in AX 2012 R3 with CU10 and facing below errors. If anyone have resolved this by any setup / configuration please share.
1- Error on activating Inbound Port of Budget Service.
2- Infolog on clicking configure.

Could you go to the Development interface, open the AOT and check "BudgetServices" under Service groups? It should have these operations by default.

Have you already tried doing a full CIL?
On youtube there is a 2-part series on the budget planning and worksheet setup.
I posted the links below and would recommend that you have a look especially at the second one that focuses on those worksheets.
