How To Exclude Items from Loyalty Points ?

Hi All,

How to setup loyalty schemes for the items excluded from loyalty points.

Some items are excluded from loyalty points , if customer purchase any items from the excluded list loyalty points should not be  issued. how to setup this in D365 Commerce loyalty management.

    Hi Marshal,

    For this, simply define a category which only includes the valid items and setup an earning rule in the loyalty scheme form using this category:

    There is no such feature to exclude particular items, only particular affiliations.

    It might be worth creating a product suggestion for this in our ideas portal:
    Categories (dynamics.com).
