How to protect source code via AXProtect tool

Hi All,

My requirement is protect our class x++ code as macros. In general all are suggest AXProtect is best solution in Google search engine. But I don't know how to get this tool and use this.

Please anyone help.

    It's interesting that that you started by limiting yourself to a particular implementation detail (using macros). People usually focus on what they want to achieve, not how exactly it's done, unless they already selected the product they want to be the winner...

    Anyway, if you want to learn more about AXprotect, why don't you simply look at their web page, axprotect.com?

    Since AX2012 is coming closer to the end of it's lifecycle, is this still a relevant issue for you?

    In D365 you can ship only binaries to your customer, and not send the source code, so such requirement is no longer relevant.

    it's for D365 but i used axprotect to manage license groups for customers not for encryption.

    at my new company i want to create license for each customer and validate on the license in runtime.

    Do you know any alternatives?

    I thought you wanted to know about source code protection, since you posted in a discussion that handles source code protection.

    But yes, you can create licenses in AX2012 and D365 without any external software.
