Dear Sir,

The Entry For Campus XXXX is not balanced. Debit Entries must be equal to credit entries for this dimension...my all user's getting same error at the time of posting.

how can i solve it?

Hi Yasir Shahzad,

It seems that you have setup the balanced financial dimension functionality in the ledger form. In this case you have to ensure that the dimension selected there is always used for debit and credit transactions; that is, you have to ensure that it is balanced.

If you do not need this functionality at all, just remove the financial dimension in the ledger setup form from the balanced financial dimension field.

Otherwise, make sure that you have automatic posting accounts for inter-unit postings setup in GL.

i have solved it personally ludwig...its GL___Setup___Financial Dimensions____Financial Dimensions__ uncheck the required box...thanks for your timely reply...
