Dynamics 365 CE - Sending bulk Emails from CRM using Server side synch with Exchange Online

Hi,
We have an on-prem implementation where multiple emails get generated based on Application registrations using crm workflows and are sent out using a noreply Exchange Online Mailbox. In the past few days there were 30000+ applications generated and corresponding emails were being sent out at 10000 emails per 24 hour limit with loads others being stuck in Pending Send.

I would like to ask if there a way to increase this limit or an app that can be used for this scenario.

    It looks like you're hitting the email limit with Exchange Online. To send more emails, you can try using services like SMTPmart or Mailgun, which can handle large volumes. Another option is to upgrade your Exchange plan or use a different service for bulk emails.

    Exchange Online enforces strict sending limits (e.g., 10,000 emails per 24 hours) that cannot be increased for standard mailboxes. For high-volume needs, you use bulk email platforms or SMTP relay services like DigitalAkaâ„¢, Azure Communication Services or third-party tools. they are a reliable option for scalable, automated, high-throughput email delivery.
