Hi experts

Is it possible to edit the form for route cases ?

I have looked over the solution but cant find the form.. I need to add some text before the last input-line.

    Hi ,

    You can not change this forms , alternatively you can create your own custom forms and open the form from custom ribbon button click then apply your custom logic.

    Unfortunately it's not possible to customize those pop-up forms to add your own text.
