VOC App

Good afternoon,

I note that i cannot edit any of my survey questions or answers or enter in answer tags for my survey question form? Do i need to launch VOC another way perhaps? Also I cannot add Net promoter scores or smiley type questions either, i have read i need to launch the web client but all i have an option to launch is the app???

    I installed marketing trial so as part of that via the voc app within marketing d surveys app within marketing no better

    Okay I fixed the issue here is how 

    I forced the classic view on my Marketing trial url , now i can see the fully editable question forms under Surveys which cannot be seen under the apps the form is read only.

    I'm glad it is working Una but it should require you to force classic because it already is in classic.  It should display with the survey and the designer as below by default.

    I have this issue as well with my marketing trial. The only way to try out VoC is the "old" UI. The UCI version stopped working after a couple of days after the trial was initialized. I have contacted the trial support with a ticket but haven't got a response yet what might be the reason behind the issue.
