I have upgraded the Solution Packager (Microsoft.CrmSdk.CoreTools.9.1.0.42) due to some reason but after upgrading it is packing extra files which is not even in the Solution Directory.
The Plugin folder is not even required in the Solution Zip file and was not even coming with lower version of Solution Packager. And also the Plugin folder is not present in the Solution Directory
