Hi all,

I have a big problem : the save and save and close buttons not display in all the entities!

In the ribbon workbench I can see the buttons and they not hide

What can I do? please help!

I believe you are able to see Save & Save and Close buttons when you try to create new records. But after that these buttons don't show up.

This is happening because of new feature auto save came in CRM 2013. Refer below link.

If you want to disable this feature and see those buttons, you can do so. Refer above link.

FYI. For now, you can still see save button on bottom right corner of the record in status bar.
