Hi Everyone

My questions is more Business Analysis related than technical but any input would be much appreciated.

I have implemented a Dynamic CRM system and have handed it over the client. I was just wondering what kind of documentation do i need to create to help out with future updates, integrations, customizations or any new set of eyes on the system just to know whats going on.

So far I have

1. An ERD

2. Full System Meta Data Doc

Please let me know what else i would need.

Thank you

RE: Required Docs after implementing a CRM System

    Hi,

You may want to keep following documents as well

    - Initial functional requirement documents

    - A document which should all the details on the customization, development and integration done, with details architecture diagram, technical design documents

    - A document which should have location details for all the source code and other documents.

    - Deployment instruction document.

    Thanks
