Set custom icon for custom case origin

Hi Guys

Has anyone had any luck with this?

Currently when attempting this in CRM online and with CRM on-prem, CRM continues to use the Yammer Icon for any additional options

- On prem org running SP1 and all product updates have been installed.

-Online org - new trial so SP1 and with product updates installed.

    Hi Will,

    The article got a typo error..

    So, it should be:

    Incident_orgincode_icon100000000.png

    I tried and it worked, after I realized that it was a typo, I reported as well.
