Azure B2C authentication transferring

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for an experience regarding sharing a signed-in session(Customer profile) between 3rd party Web Application and D365 Storefront using the same Azure B2C id token.

There is guidance Set up web API authentication transfer using Azure Active Directory B2C - Commerce | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn but it is quite clear what exactly "transferred authenticated session" mean.
Does it mean transferring the id token? Are there any examples following this guide?

Azure AD B2C provides various ways in which users can authenticate a user. Users can sign-in to a local account, by using username and password, phone verification (also known as password-less authentication). Email sign-up is enabled by default in your local account identity provider settings.  https://www.myccpay.vip
