Can you tell if you are using a standard (and which) or a custom(ized) data entity in your Excel connection?
Did it work before without this error and what might have been changed? Did you try to move columns or added formulas?
Yes, the Excel Add-in is standard interface for the WBS to Excel, which is customised.
However, there a few user facing this issues, with the rest as per normal
We are currently on only 1 interface for the Project Management Accounting with WBS Activities to Excel. The snap-in is Standard Excel Add-in from Internet Explorer to local Excel
try reinstalling the office addin, refresh data entities and then try pulling a std one in Excel
Hi Rahul,
We are using a Common Virtual image which apply to all user. All step is carry out with Clear Cache and Clear Temp folder.
When click Refresh in the data connector , the Error message appear.
I am able to run the same Project code, while few others encounter this Error
Do the other users have the same permissions as you do? Do they also have the error when they will get (temporary) the system administrator role assigned? Are they creating a new Excel sheet themselves or has it been distributed to them?
