Experiencing issue in Dynamics 365 on- premise with adding entry to the From field in the following Screen Capture.
This appears to be happening with few lookup fields and process adding to Queue.
What could be causing this issue.
Is there a rollup which may resolve this problem?

This control lookup field error also occurs when ADDING to QUEUE from activities queue.
