Hi Community,
Before I was assigned the Dynamics 365 administrator, I used a trial license to get acquainted with the interface. I was given admin access to D365 today and assigned the following licenses:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights for CE Plan
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for Customer Engagement Plan
- Microsoft Social Engagement - Service discontinuation
I have deleted the trial instances but when I visit home.dynamics.com, the trial instances are still shown, although I'm unable to access them. Is there a way to remove these shown instances? Additionally, Is there a guide to how to implement the Customer Engagement Plan Online available?
