I think you are customizing the wrong button. If you see button ID the name has Web which is for web client not for UCI.

Try to find button with ID scrm.Form.lead.ConvertLeadQuick and customize that button.

    Hi,

If you are not able to find Qualify button from ribbon workbench solution installed on your crm instance. Can you try checking from xrmtoolbox ribbon workbench tool.

I have just checked in my trial instance from XRMtoolbox ribbon workbench plugin and I could see qualify button.  See below screenshot.

Sometimes button is not visible because of the version. Try installing latest version of ribbon workbench tool on your crm instance if you don't have access to xrmtoolbox.

    Hi ,

    Please follow below steps -

    - Import Ribbon Workbench Solution if you dont have it.

    - Create one unmanged solution and add the lead entity , don't add all required component .

    - Open Ribbon  Workbench point the new solution.

    - Once open Ribbon Workbench Select the entity.

    - Go to Form area and find the Qualify button.

    -  Right Click on the button and click customize the button.

    - Again Right Click and you will get the option called hide , click on it.

    - Publish.

    Hope this helps.
