Hi All

I have Ax 2012 R3

Is it possible to change "Batch disposition code" when create Quality order ? without validate it

EX: If I just create a QO the system directly change the Batch disposition code for X

is there an option in system to do that ? or I have to customize it and how to do something like that ?

regards

I don't understand why you would do a quality order if that is the case.

The default Batch disposition code to assign when the batch is created or received from a purchase order or a production order can be defined on the Item model group. Inventory management > Setup > Inventory > Item model group.

Dear friend sometime we need a re-test our products

that mean it will change the code so the sales can't sell it till QC finish the test

Sure but in that case if you need to inspect, then should you decide the disposition before the test?

You can also configure to ship on assumption goods will pass but then you need a system of positive recall. This is quite normal to ship pending results when external tests such as microbiology have to be done.

Meanwhile as mentioned you can set a default disposition.
