Received email without subject

Hi,

I have a received email without subject. Email was synched with dynamics from outlook via tracking folder and Regarding field was set to a particular Account.

When opening this email in dynamics I have a red mark besides subject line that say "Email subject is missing" (although set as optional in Email/Fields settings).

I want to change the "Regarding" filed for this email but doesn't work. Closing the form will prompt that changes will not be saved.

I often do this for other emails and works fine, only difference that I see is the missing email subject.

Maybe by creating a process on email entity that does that will work...still..

Any ideas why this happens?

Using Dynamics 365 9.0

There may be script in place on form load to enforce this business required subject field.

There is a good chance of Business rule existence.

Verify in the form editor for script or business rule.
