How to add social pane in a custom entity in dynamics 365?i am not able to see in form properties.
Please help me

You must have "NOTES" checked as well; which I discovered by not checking it (we don't use "NOTES") but then being unable to add the Timeline to the form.
So, in reality, the answer is that both NOTES and ACTIVITIES must be checked to use the built in Timeline

I created a new custom entity as below. I could see the social pane in the custom entity's form.

Hi,
At the entity level of your custom entity you have to check "Activities" in the communication section. If you have done that at creating, the form has automatically the social pane.
If you do it later, go to the form, click the tab "Insert" and choose "Timeline". (version 9.0)
