Why is the "have replies sent to" not working in GP2010

We are trying to have any replies sent back to a generic AP mailbox if the vendor has any issues with the Vendor Remittance that we are sending them.  In the Purchasing E-mail setup we have put the proper email address for the AP Outlook account but any replies keep coming back to whatever user sent the emails.  I don't understand what we could be missing.
