Is there an issue with my SiteMap?

I'm new to the D365 platform, so I'm not sure if my issue is expected or if it's actually an issue. Can you offer some insight?

My SiteMap only displays the Settings tile under Business Management.

In D365 training videos, I see a SiteMap with tiles for Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.

Is the fact that I don't see these tiles related to changes in the Unified Interface?  Or is there something unexpected happening?

Thanks for your time!

    Hi partner,

This is normal, the difference between the two site maps is whether only the unified interface is enabled.

You can set it up in the Power Platform.

Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments , click on your D365 environment, click on the Settings button, then click on Behavior, you will see this switch.

    1. If you enable it, the way to enter the Settings area is to click the gear button in the top right corner and then click Advanced Settings. Then you will enter the site map in your first screenshot.

    2. If you turn it off, in addition to #1, you can also enter the Settings area from the Dynamics 365 - custom app.

Click on the first drop down symbol on the right side of 'Dynamics 365' in the top left corner and you can open your app list, enter 'Dynamics 365 - custom app'.

Then you can see the site map in your second screenshot.
