Is there way to achieve this functionality of sending same email from same customer journey to same contact once it gets added back to segment(used as audience)?
Is there any other way to achieve it?

In recurring customer journey, it send mail to only those contact present in segment(used as audience) at present for each recurrence.
Contacts deleted from the segment will not receive emails in the next recurring.

In recurring customer journey, do all contact from last recurrence get mail or for each recurrence it send mail to only those contact present in segment(used as audience) at present?
IF i remove few contacts from segment(which have received mail previously and i don't want them to receive email this time) will those contact also receive mail for each recurring?

Usually, a contact will only travel through a customer journey once.
However, you can try to use following ways to achieve your goal:
1.You can set up a recurring journey, which allows contacts to move through a customer journey repeated times
2.You can add swimlane with same segment and steps in the same customer jpurney:
--If we add additional swim lanes, contacts can go through each swim lane once.
Hola, si. Debes configurar el recorrido de cliente como periódico. El recorrido vuelve a verificar cada determinado periodo de tiempo (que tu configures) los miembros presentes en ese momento dentro del segmento y ejecuta todo el recorrido.
