I am quite new to CRM. We have recently had an entity created by a contractor. He has now left. I am trying to add a business flow (correct name?) but when I click the three dots in the ribbon I don’t have an option called “Processes”. How can I add a business flow process to this new entity?

Just in case I have the name wrong, I am trying to create the part across the top of the form that allows fields to be entered in stages.

Hi,

The business process flow are a kind of processess so you need to create it from Setting >> Process >> new Process >> {Select category as "Business Process Flow"}.

The entity that has been created is not on the drop down list.

If I go to Customize the system > entity> there is a box unticked called Business Process, If I tick this should it work?

Yes, correct. The entity needs to have this enabled inorder to have Business process flows.

Hi ,

You are correct , in the entity information page under process -"Business process flows (fields will be created) †" checkbox should be enable to view the BPF.
