Hi,

We are receiving a message when trying to send financial statements by email.

"Microsoft FRx requires Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) 1.21 to e-mail reports, but CDO is no longer installed with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. To use..."

We downloaded the CDO but it will not install on Outlook 2010. What is the fix for this?

Mustafa is correct. We added support for Outlook 2010 with FRx Service Pack 12. Installing Service Pack 12 will use the new email options rather than the older CDO method.

Try to install the latest Service Pack of FRx, try SP12
