How to resolve the error "No active route version exits". in BOM Designer.

Check the dimensions specified on the BOM designer match that in the route - meaning the site :-)
I am talking about the route for the item.
If you can see in the image the attached route is active.

BOM created and activated also
Did you create route for the BOM. If yes then check it is active or not.
