I don't know if I did this wrong but I ran the "update the form boxes" action in 2023, does that mean that I can't get the 2022 1099 information in "1099 Form Boxes" now?
Because when you go to report you have the option to change the year, but I can't get any of the 2022 information from the report. I had to correct the posted entries to add the right code. I added it to the invoice and nothing is coming up when I run the report.
Am I possibly rolled into 2023? Why is there an option to change the year in the report section, if so?
I was having the same problem when I was doing a test print I didn't get my information. When I actually printed to PDF the information was there, so try that and see if you get your 2022 info (I assume you entered dates for 2022
