We are using data management framework, during the import of PO header errors are coming whereas other entries with same format are validated but some throw error. when entries with error are validated the status changes to validated but error is still there.

Please help.

    Hi Sanskrati,

Have you imported the PO numbers already before?

I am asking because some of the POs seems to be imported, others not even though they have the same number sequence structure for the PO number.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Sanskrati,

Are you trying to import purchase orders for a data migration? Like Ludwig mentioned, it can be the case that some records were imported before. In that case, the current design is not allowing to import the orders again as it thinks the PO number field is changed; even though the value is the same.

If you need to import them again, check if you can delete the POs first or skip them from the source file.

Looks like there is issue with PO number sequence.

You can go to PO number sequence and try setting up same number seqeunce which you are importing or mark as manual.
