Only one user in the team has this problem. The user recently changed second name and user records were amended.

When the user clicks on “open with Excel” on D365,  Excel gives the error.

"The web browser running the add-in is not allowing access to local or session storage. Please adjust the environment and consult the support pages if necessary."

The system encompasses: Business Central, PSA with CRM, Smart Connect.

So far we tried without success to resolve this problem:

- cleared passwords in the browsers

- usual due diligence

Your help would be highly appreciated.
