BC ServerInstance Service takes too long to start

Hello,
 
I have noticed ever since migrating from NAV, the BC service instance takes too long to start as opposed to a few seconds in NAV. 
 
Does anyone know why this is? And is there anything we can do to shorten the period it takes to restart the service.

    Did you get a solution to this challenge?
     
    I am also facing the same problem...The service takes at least 30 minutes all the way to 2 hours to start.
     
    What could be the problem?
