there is a tool similar to XrmToolBox to work in Microsoft Business Central 365?

Hi, As far as I know, there is no similar tool in CE.
There are two VS Code extension sets with some handy tools that you can try to install.

I'm not a developer, I'm a functional analyst and sometimes I help our customer service; I'm seeking some tool that can help me to work in a better way inside data, as an sql manager or some similar.
Any help will be appreciated.

If you are running Business Central on-prem you can access your data through SQL management studio.
In BC Online you do not have the same access. But you have access to all the data through the solution and you can easily export them to Excel or Power BI.

I know this ... I'm seeking something similar, but not for on-prem (just like XrmToolBox).
I understand that. But there is nothing like that in Business Central.
So there you will have to work with the tools you have available.
