Good day,

I humbly request assistance with linking an already created PO to a Purchase Agreement.

My Client has created Purchase Orders but forgot to link Purchase Agreement to the POs and would now like to link them.

Is there a way to link an already created Purchase Order to a Purchase Agreement?

Hi Tpee,

The OOB feature does not allow you do this.

You need to re-create the new PO. If the PO has been received, you need to cancel the receipt and PO.

Hi MATTGUO,

Sorry - a follow up question.

What would be the implications of deleting a PO?

I.e. can I delete an open PO that has not been transacted on at all?

And when you said "Re-Create the new PO", did you mean create a new one with a Different PO number? Or delete it and Re-create it with the same number?

Hello Tpee,

Only un-confirmed PO could be deleted, otherwise the delete button is disabled.

Create a new PO number if the previous PO can not be deleted.

Create the same PO number if the previous PO had been deleted and your company have the requirement.
